By engaging Top Tint for window tinting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Top Tint provides mobile window tinting services for automotive, residential, and commercial applications throughout Central Florida. Our services include:

• Automotive window tinting
• Residential window tinting
• Commercial window tinting
• Paint protection film installation
• Mobile on-site service

3. Scheduling and Appointments

All services are provided by appointment only. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for large commercial projects.

5. Warranty

All of our window films come with manufacturer-backed warranties to protect your investment, but the coverage details can vary depending on the specific film you choose. During your consultation, we’ll walk you through the warranty terms for each option so you know exactly what’s included—no surprises, just clarity and confidence.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, vandalism, or improper care.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the vehicle or property
• Ensuring access to the work area
• Following post-installation care instructions
• Complying with local tinting laws and regulations

7. Limitation of Liability

Top Tint's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.

8. Legal Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring that window tinting complies with local, state, and federal laws. We provide information about legal tint limits, but final compliance is the customer's responsibility.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Seminole County, Florida.
